I'm Ana (short for Anastasia) Cahill - a writer, content creator, and sustainability educator. I've been passionate about wellness, writing, and creating for as long as I can remember, and I created this space to inspire and educate others on all things sustainable living, wellness, clean beauty, and living a mindful and joyful life.
My mission is to simplify wellness and sustainable living, and help you find swaps and new practices that make sense for your lifestyle, because I know taking care of ourselves and the planet is not one-size-fits-all, nor is it about doing things perfectly. It's about the small changes in our daily lives that make a huge difference.

Outside of this corner of the internet, you can find me running my business, exploring my city (Nashville, TN) with friends, snugglin' my pets, thrift shopping, or heading out on my new adventure.

I’ve always been passionate about wellness and writing, and I created this site as a creative platform to share my ideas, as well as inspire and educate people around me. After struggling with chronic health issues most of my life, I’ve gained so much knowledge on health and nutrition, as well as holistic remedies, and how simplifying our lives can have great benefits on both our physical and mental health.
Before I set out on this mission of minimal living, wellness and mindfulness, I had a hard time letting go - of physical things, of other people's opinions, and of the things in my life that weren't serving me. Once I learned to take charge (and responsibility) of both my physical being, and my life as a whole, the whole game changed for me. I was able to overcome my migraines, (most of) my anxiety, and create a life that I'm in love with.
I started two businesses, cultivated authentic relationships, really got to know myself, and felt better (mentally and physically) than I could ever remember feeling. I believe that taking care of yourself, your neighbors and your planet doesn't need to be hard, and that it should be realistic, fun and rewarding.
I hope my tips will play even a small role in helping create the happiest, healthiest, most rewarding life for yourself.
